Personal information we collect

Contact information. Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property address.
Case information. Property details, tenant information, lease documents, notices, correspondence, and any other documentation you provide in connection with a matter.
Payment information. Billing name, address, and (where applicable) payment processor reference data. Full credit-card numbers are not stored on our servers - they are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors.
Web analytics. Anonymous traffic data, including IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected via Google Analytics and similar tools.

How we use your information

To provide eviction, LTB filing, collections, and other paralegal services you have engaged us for.
To respond to inquiries submitted through this website or by phone.

Legal basis

How long we retain information

Case files are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the conclusion of a matter, in accordance with Law Society of Ontario rules. General website inquiry data is deleted within 24 months unless retained as part of an active matter.

Your rights

You have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; withdraw consent for non-essential processing; and request that we delete information that we are not legally required to retain. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive case files, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply commercially reasonable safeguards.
