Ontario Eviction Services is a professional landlord support firm founded in Toronto to help property owners across the province navigate the complexities of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006. Our team of licensed paralegals has handled hundreds of eviction cases, LTB filings, and tenant disputes throughout Ontario, from the GTA to Northern Ontario.

Ontario Eviction Services is not a faceless online form or an anonymous call center. We are a brick-and-mortar firm with a professional office in downtown Toronto's financial district. When you call our number, you speak with a real person who knows your name and your case.

Our office at 100 King Street West, Suite 5600, is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Clients are welcome to visit us in person for consultations, document reviews, and case discussions. For landlords outside the GTA, we provide the same level of service remotely through phone, email, and video conferencing.

We believe that the personal touch matters. When your case is with us, you have a dedicated case manager who you can reach by phone or email whenever you have a question. You are never left wondering what is happening with your file or when someone will get back to you.
